Legislation available here. This Act requires that anyone who wants to bring judicial review against a decree must do so under the court's in rem jurisdiction; that is to say, they must bring the action against the decree itself, rather than the Chancellor. This is because the Chancellor is immune from any legal claim, under sovereign immunity.
